Zacieranie w ok 63-64 C

Woda do wysładzania 10l. Dałem 2.5ml k. mlekowego. Chyba około 6pH, może 5.8 ciężko stwierdzić.
Zabrakło wody do wysładzania, dolałem 5l twardej ze studni + 1ml k. mlekowego.

Uzyskałem 21l brzeczki 12.5 BLG.
Ostatnie wody wysłodkowe 3,5BLG.
