Temperatura od 70 do 64 st. powoli spadała. Podgrzane do ok. 78-80 st. na kilka min. i przełożone do filtracji. Bardzo mętny filtrat, jak mleko.

Podczas gotowania zresetował mi się timer i nie mam pojęcia ile gotowała się Marynka, Sybilla na ostatnie 10min, mech na 15, zadano ok. 90ml gestwy.
