Poprawne, brak żadnych oznak zakażenia. Bardzo młode, jakieś zbite drożdże jeszcze pływają na powierzchni. Drożdże S-04 z gestwy pierwszy raz użyte. Goryczka nie za wysoka, w smaku czuć cukry, prawie brak alkoholi wyższych.
