Zacieranie, dfekokcyjne, Po 15 minutach w 52 stopniach zebrałem 1/3 zacieru który pogrzałem na 70stopnii na ok 20 i następnie 10minut gotowałem. Reszta zacieru czekała w 52 stopniach. Pózniej wymieszane i dalej 35minut w 70stopaniach itd. |
