9.2 po przeliczeniu kalkulatorem temp/blg. Może nie ustala ale bardzo zwolniła. Przemieszalem gestwe w fermentorze i na kilka godzin zabrałem do 22stopni. Dodałem pół łyżeczki pożywki dla drożdży i łyżeczkę cukru. Potem wynosze do 11stopni. Narazie odfermentowanie w okolicach 60% |
