Fermentacja przebiegała mało dynamicznie, dlatego zdecydowałem się na zadanie dodatkowej porcji drożdży. Przed zadaniem sprawdziłem BLG i przy dobrych wiatrach po weekendzie piwo będzie gotowe do zlania na cichą, a za około 10 - 14 dni do butelkowania. | ||||||
