Piwo zostało uwarzone 24.01., ale po 2-3 godzinach chłodzenia na dworzu w minusowej temperaturze osiągnięto jedynie temperaturę około 35-40 stopni C. Brzeczka została zaszczepiona drożdżami dopiero 25.01. rano (około 07:00), kiedy miała już temperaturę 22 stopnie C. |
