Zacieranie przez 75min od temperatury 71C do 66C. Temperatura stała jak kamień i spadała dopiero po zamieszaniu.
Zapomniałem zrobić mashout i musiałem cofać zacier z powrotem do gara. Podgrzewane z 62C do 75C przez 15min. Mashout 5min

Drożdże zadane około 2:00 w nocy 27.05 i wstawione do lodówki. Temperatura w lodówce na drugi dzień rano około 13C.
07.06.16 przeniesione do lodówki styropianowej. W normalnej lodówce spędziło 12dni.
