Zeszło do 11C, mimo to piwo wyklarowało się. Drobinki chmielu osiadły na dnie fermentora. Butelki myte OXI + ryż. Dezynfekowane Star San 2.5ml na litr dzień przed rozlewem. Przed rozlewem nie płukane. Kapsle dezynfekowane w OXI + Star San. Na butelkę dodane 1.6g cukru. Na każdą butelkę strzał CO2. Rozlew kranikiem bezpośrednio z fermentora F3. |
