Co tu się odjaniepawliło, to ja nawet nie... Zapomnieliśmy przykręcić sraczwężyka do fermentora z kranikiem, więc przełożyliśmy zacier z powrotem do garnka, podgrzaliśmy do 68 st. C i znów przełożyliśmy do fermentora.
