Butelki myte wodą z płynem do mycia naczyń i ryżem. Dezynfekowane Star San 1.75ml na 0.5 litra. Przed rozlewem nie płukane. Kapsle dezynfekowane w Star San. Na butelkę dodane 1.6g cukru.
Rozlew kranikiem bezpośrednio z fermentora F3.

Pozostałe 11L na cichą do F7 dezynfekcja NaOH + OXI. Przelane średnią rurką dezynfekcja NaOH + OXI.
Dodałem Nelson 10g, Centennial 10g, Ekuanot 10g
