Uwodnione dwie paczki drożdży, zadane do brzeczki. Brzeczka tuż przed zadaniem drożdży była napowietrzana poprzez 4-krotne przelanie z wiadra do wiadra. Temperatura otoczenia około 14 stopni. Drożdże przez 3 dni nie ruszały, więc zadałem dwie paczki us-05.
