20 gr jałowca w gotowaniu nie wniosło mocno zauważalnych nut w towarzystwie dużej paloności i aromatów chmielowych. Wykorzystałem więc pozostałe mi 30 gr owoców jałowca i po lekkim zgnieceniu macerowałem je 14 dni w szkockiej. Razem z chmielem jałowiec trafił na cichą. |
