Stosunek wody do ziarna 2.3 l / kg to chyba błąd. Literatura jasno mówi, ze poniżej 3 l /kg wydajność zacierania spada. Przy 2.3 trudno będzie osiągnąć to 75%. Raczej 50% wygląda racjonalniej.
