Drożdze z brewkitu coopersa nie ruszyły (prawdopodobnie za duzy nastaw na 7gr a do tego nie były uwodnione), po ponad 24 godzinach dodano Safale uwodnione w 1/4 szklanki przegotowanej, ostudzonej wody z cukrem. Nastawione około 24l, goryczka nastawu na oko 50IBU. Barwa bardzo ciemna, brewkit coopersa okropnie ciemny jak na IPA. Syrop PALE ALE po otwarciu miał dziwną pianę, została zebrana w całości, data wazności ok, brak oznak zepsucia.
