Po kilku dniach piwo odfermentowało do 11.5 BLG, utrzymało się tak przez okres 2 tygodni. Zlane na cichą z dodatkikem płatków dębowych - 20g średnio palonych i 20g mocno palonych - macerowanych kilka dni w whisky.
