  • Blg poczatkowe 12, po 8 dniach 4 blg, widoczne znaki dalszej fermentacji. fermentacja w okolo 12 stopniach. W smaku bardzo lagodnie - lager bardziej niz pils, brakuje goryczki i chmielowosci. Wad nie odnotowano. 05.09: zeszło do 3.1BLG, w smaku pojawia się nieco obcy smak, w ustach dziwna szorstkość. nadal bez charakteru chmielowego
