200 g imbiru obrałem i przetarłem na tarce w cienkie paski potem wrzuciłem zawartość do rondla i dodałem trochę cukru trzcinowego i wlałem nieco spirytusu całość chwile pogotowałem i przelałem do słoiczka i odstawiłem na ok. 8 dni
